1 · Principle
These conditions supplement the terms and conditions. They govern conduct at the event itself.
By entering, the participant accepts these conditions and the instructions of the staff.
2 · Access
Access applies only with a valid booking and from the age of 18. The booking is checked at the welcome desk at the cellar.
The meeting point is the Fernand Cina cellar at Bahnhofstrasse 27 in Salgesch, at 10:00. Anyone arriving later calls us.
There is no claim to missed courses or wines.
3 · Schedule and times

The times are guide values. Shifts in the schedule are possible.
4 · The way to the Clos du Cornalin
The shuttle leaves the cellar from 10:30. The last return is at 18:00.
The footpath leads through the vineyards and climbs. It is walked at your own responsibility. Sturdy shoes are necessary.
For travel to Salgesch we recommend the train. Seven wines are served across the day.
5 · Food
The courses are handed out at staffed stations. There is no self-service buffet.
The version chosen at booking applies to all courses. A change on site is excluded.
5.1 Allergies and intolerances
Allergies and intolerances are to be reported by 15 September 2026 at the latest, as a reply to the confirmation mail. The kitchen takes them into account where possible.
The kitchen cannot guarantee complete freedom from traces of individual ingredients. In the case of severe allergies, the decision to take part rests with the person concerned.
5.2 Raw ingredients
One course contains raw meat. People with a weakened immune system, pregnant women and children usually avoid it. The vegetarian version offers an alternative.
6 · Alcohol and responsibility
Serving wine is part of the event and runs over several hours. Water is available throughout.
Everyone decides on their own consumption. The staff may stop serving at any time.
Anyone who came by car plans the return accordingly. The organiser takes no responsibility for this.
7 · Weather and equipment
The event takes place in any weather and partly runs outdoors.
We recommend shoes that allow longer standing and walking, plus a jacket for the evening.
The event is built as a standing format. Seats are available, no personal seat is assigned.
8 · Conduct and house rules
The Clos du Cornalin is a working vineyard. The vines, the walls and the installations are to be treated with care.
The organiser exercises the house rules. It may send people away in the case of:
- endangering other guests or the staff
- damage to vines, installations or material
- substantial disturbance of the event
- disregard of instructions
No refund is made in these cases.
9 · Animals, luggage, valuables
Dogs and other animals stay at home.
The participant is responsible for items brought along. There is no supervised cloakroom.
10 · Accessibility
Access to the Clos du Cornalin runs over natural paths and gravel. It is little suited to wheelchairs and prams.
If your mobility is limited, write to us before booking. We look at what is possible.
11 · Emergency
In an emergency, turn to the service team on site.

12 · Recordings
Photos and films are made at the event for the organiser’s communication. Anyone who does not agree reports this at the welcome desk.
